Officials propose to expand the list of paid services to the fish department
Gosrybagentstvu may allow actively make money. On the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy has appeared a draft resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers “On the provision of fee-based services institutions, which are included in the scope of management of the State Agency of Fisheries”, which proposes to expand the list of paid services to the agency.
The new list of 8 services for the provision of which Gosrybagentstvo can borrow money. Among them, in particular, provide methodological assistance, counseling entrepreneurs in the field of aquaculture, seminars and training courses on the subject, the implementation of broodstock salmon, sturgeon, carp fish species and their breeding and cultivation, sale fertilized eggs surpluses consulting business on fish diseases, carrying out hydrobiological, hydrochemical, parasitological, clinical and other research, and even the provision of recreational services in the field of aquaculture (eg, recreational fishing).
The willingness of officials to release his “daughter” to the free bread is not accidental – they beat state financing more difficult.
The explanatory note to the draft states that the expansion of the list of paid services “will reduce the burden on the budget and will create the conditions for the receipt of additional funds for its special account, and will contribute to the development of fisheries management.” If the document is accepted, Ministry of Agricultural Policy, together with the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Economic Development, will have to approve the procedure for determining the value of these services and their provision.
