Catch fish from Ukrainian reservoirs increased by 18%

For three quarters of 2016 catch from Ukrainian reservoirs reached almost 41 thousand. Tonnes

During the first 9 months of 2016 caught 40.9 thousand. Tons of fish and seafood in the waters of Ukraine, which is 18.1% more than in the same period of 2015. This was announced by chairman of Gosrybagentstva Yarema Kovalev, the press-service agency.

In particular, the Sea of ??Azov showed an increase of 17.3%, the Black Sea – by 18%, fishing in inland waters of Ukraine increased by 19.1% and amounted to 16.8 thousand tons.. For the current period, the industrial catch was 10.3 thous. Tons.

Catch of inland aquaculture was 6.5 tons – 7.8% more than the same period of 2015.

In Gosrybagentstve note that from January to September in some regions of Ukraine increased yield as compared to the same period of 2015. In the Dnepropetrovsk (1.7 times), Rivne (1.6 times), Poltava (1.5 times) Kherson (1.5 times), Kirovohrad (1.5 times), Kiev (1.3 times), Zaporizhzhya (1.2 times).
